Chicken with herbs

I love anything that cooked with herbs, My recipe of chicken with herbs will definetly become a family favorite. Simply blend together handful of herbs with onion, lime juice, and pepper. The marinade pairs well with just about every protein imaginable, and it works great as a sauce for grilled meats or fish. This recipe can be baked on a rack in the oven or cooked on a grill for an easy weekend dinner. Ingredients 1 kg Chicken drumsticks or thighs 1 cup cilantro leaves and stems 1 cup mint leaves 1/2 cup curry leaves 1 onion 4-5 cloves of garlic 3-4 green chilies 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 tablespoon black pepper Salt to taste 1 tablespoon honey Procedure Make the marinade by combining cilantro, mint, curry leaves, onion, garlic, chilies, lime juice, black pepper in a blender and puree until smooth.
