Its been a perplexed situation for every female what to cook for dinner or lunch. My hubby is a great foodie and like multifariousness , this generally appertain to improvements in standard of my cooking.Sometimes he do drama of not to eat, last night he did the same drama and clamored not to cook anything for him. When I baked fish for dinner, couldn't stopped himself and gorged on this baked fish.
Ingredients:
500 gm fish ( your choice )
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tbsp red chili flakes
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt to taste
Method:
Preheat oven at 200 degree C.
Marinate fish of your choice with olive oil, chili flakes, minced garlic, grated coconut and salt for at least two hours.
Cover with silver foil and bake in preheated oven at 250 c for 30 minutes. After that open the cover and bake for another 10 minutes at 175 c.
Serve hot !!
