Spatzle (German Dumpling) with Prawn Stronogoff

Eggs have been one of the best diets across the world and amazing dishes have been carved out of it time and again, I have met many people who tend to take out the yolk before eating saying it contains fats.. Although fats are important ingredients of any healthy diet as body need fat to run many important function, will leave the explanation to dietitian and let's focus on the dish that I want to carve out today from the EGGS and make it look exotic . The dish is a mixture of eggs and prawns and the combo of both makes it perfect light dinner how much you want to relish your taste buds with will depend upon you I would suggest a small helping with a little of red wine and nice candle light will make it a fab dinner in the lawn. The delicious dinner served with prawns and eggs will make even the non foodie or health conscious light dinner people to hold on to their plates and lick it clean...

Spatzle (German dumpling)
Ingredients: 
2 Eggs
2 Cups flour
1/2 Cup milk
3/4 Cup water
1 Tsp salt
1 Tbsp chopped parsley

Method: Mix eggs, flour, salt, milk,water and parsley together in a blender. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Boil water in a large pan. Add the dough directly into the boiling water quickly by using a holed colander or by using spoon to drop this dough one by one. When the spatzle float, they are ready , it takes about 2 to 3 minutes.

Note: Dough should be like a cake batter.

Prawn Strongoff Ingredients: 500 gm fresh/frozen prawn 2 tbsp Olive oil 200 gm fresh mushrooms (sliced) 1 onion 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 tbsp Worcester sauce 1 tbsp tomato sauce 1/2 cup cream 1 tbsp red chili flakes 1 cup milk Salt to taste Fresh parsley/ dill.

Method: In a skillet heat oil, stir in onion, garlic, saute until softened, now add sliced mushrooms and stir well, add prawns, salt, worcester sauce, tomato sauce, chilli flakes and fry for few minutes and add milk. Stir to combine, simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. At last add cream and stir well. Sprinkle fresh dill or parsley.
