Fish roll up with mustard

Fish is my favorite and always inspired me to try my own version. How many of you tried fish with orange juice and mustard?? I did an experiment and it comes real good. The art of this dish is all you have to make thin slices of  fish  fillet...though its not so easy. After tried many times I did it.

Fish takes about 10-20 minutes to cook, depending on the fish fillet's thickness, which makes this dish an easy 30 minute meal including the prep and cooking time. The image  in this recipe is before baking as it looks fresh creamy layer of fish roll up with fillings. Visual treat to fish lovers
