Crispy Cauliflower

Oil free recipe.

Let's do something with cauliflower today without oil.  Cauliflower is one of my favorite vegetable and I can eat it all day. I never use any recipe book, whatever comes in my mind I just  do it. This recipe is one of my experiment with cauliflower. Try my oil free, crispy and insanely delicious cauliflower recipe, instead of bringing the same old chips for vegan in a party.  It's a great addition to any get together and healthier than many other options on the table. No one needs to know how simple it is to make. Baked cauliflower bites are drizzled with  creamy, sweet and chili sauce.

You won't be able to just nibble on one or two of these cauliflower bites. Trust me, it will be in your best interest to make a couple batches because people will be grabbing these by the handful.

You can skip the bread crumbs if you want to do it more  healthier , just do roasted  cauliflower and drizzle with the sauce.

Ingredients you need:
1 whole cauliflower, cut into florets
 2 cups bread crumbs

2 eggs

Fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Salt

Sauce

A creamy sweet and spicy chili sauce that is easy to make and it tastes great for dipping vegetables, chicken, fish anything.

1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce ( buy sauce without chili seeds)

1 tablespoon honey

Add all ingredients into a small  bowl and whisk until no lumps remain.
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
Chop cauliflower into bite sized  florets
In a separate bowl, mix eggs with  salt and  black pepper.

Dip cauliflower florets in egg mixture and then roll in read crumbs until fully coated and place on a parchment paper. Use your fingers to press on the coating to stick to the cauliflower bites.
Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. Cover it with baking sheet to prevent browning.
Bake for approximately 20  minutes at  200  degree C with cover. After 20 minutes, remove cover and again bake for 10 minutes at 175 degree C.

When cauliflower is baked , drizzle sauce over cauliflower and serve hot. Garnish with fresh parsley if you want.
