Mushrooms on Toast

Now a days, for kids breakfast have been always on the sweeter side  -  pancakes, waffles, donuts, etc.   Here, I got a healthy and tasty breakfast for all , a change in your monotonous  breakfast menu . Now mushrooms on toast is super simple, super easy and basically fool-proof. 

My easy peasy mushrooms on toast is perfect for anytime of day, perfect as breakfast, snack time or appetizer .






 Ingredients:


2 cup mushrooms

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1 onion , chopped

 4 garlic cloves ,crushed

1/2 cup fresh cream

Salt to taste

5-6 slices of  bread, toasted

2 tablespoons mixed herbs for garnishing

Method:


Heat olive oil in a large non -stick  frying pan over high heat until sizzling. Add chopped onions, garlic and mushrooms. Add salt.  Cook , stirring, for 5-6 minutes or until tender. 


Add fresh cream. Stir until mixed through well with mushrooms.




Sprinkle  with mixed herbs. Serve on hot toast.
