Tofu is healthy and it's silky texture brings smile in everyone's face when it serves with some mushrooms, nice meaty texture and chicken like flavor . I always prefer baking exotic foodstuffs rather then cooking. Tofu when baked is flavorful and chewy and mushroom gravy has great meatiness, making this a very satisfying dish overall.
