Egg and Veggies Salad

Salad are composed  of those garden products that needed no fire for cooking and saved both times and fuels and are a resource to store and always ready. Enjoy a variety of dishes with raw vegetables dressed with vinegar, oil, cream and herbs.

  Salads are easy to digest and are not calculated to overload the senses or stimulate the appetite.

          Start your day with this salad where you 'll get everything right from an egg to veggies with organic no shell pumpkin seeds and tortillas.

Ingredients 

4 small tomatoes ( cut into two pieces)
1 bunch spinach
1 yellow bell pepper ( cut into long stripes)
1 tortilla ( chapati made of flour / corn)
1 egg ( half boiled)
1 tablespoon no shell pumpkin seeds 
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon mixed herbs 

Directions

Wash spinach and keep aside. In a medium size bowl, add spinach,tomatoes,yellow bell pepper, tortilla pieces, oil, lemon juice,  salt and mixed herbs.

In a serving plate place veggies, then half boiled egg with shell and topped with no shell pumpkin seeds.

You can add seeds or nuts of your own choice. Enjoy a complete meal in form of salad.
