Pepper Chicken

Here, I'm sharing my  oil free pepper  chicken recipe with you guys, expecting you'll love it.
Chicken with ground black pepper and chili flakes is my ultimate dish for tonight dinner in this cold weather of Wellington. My husband avoids oil and carbs most of the time so,  I always try something new that  made me  innovative in cooking oil free and protein rich recipes.  

Chicken cooked with fresh coarsely ground pepper gives a distinct aroma and taste. This recipe is oil free, no grinding spices, no elaborate cooking, made with just three ingredients.


 Ingredients:

500 grams Chicken with bone
2 tablespoons  freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoons garlic paste
Salt to taste

Directions:

Wash properly chicken pieces and rub with 1 tablespoon of ground black pepper and salt.
 
In a non stick pan, place chicken pieces and add garlic paste. Now  cover it and cook in simmer for 20 minutes.  Remove the cover and cook in high heat, add 1 tablespoon of freshly ground black pepper and red chili flakes and stir frequently to avoid burnt.

Serve hot.




It can be served as a starter or with  rice or noodles.But, I love it with pepper rice.

Note: Always use non stick pan for oil free recipe.
