Purple Dip

Purple Dip looks amazing, isn't??

This dip is my another instant innovative recipe when I saw red cabbage in my  pantry and guests are around for dinner.Vibrant color of red cabbage not only an eye appealing dish but also taste great. It's silky smooth creamy texture can bring  any dull dish  into a life. Red cabbage is always use in salad, soup, as saute vegetables. Then why not as dip !!

 Make an unique dish with this dip. Very simple to make and easy to serve  with  canopy or fresh vegetables as starter in party. 







Ingredients:

1 red cabbage, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 onion, chopped
Salt to taste

Directions:

In a skillet, heat olive oil, add chopped onion and fry for a minute, add chopped cabbage and stir frequently, add salt and pepper again  fry for another 2 minutes.

In a grinder, put this mixture and grind it till the mixture turn into silky creamy texture. Add  1 more spoon of olive oil if mixture is little dry.




Now ready to serve and enjoy !!
