Red Lentil Cakes ( patties)

Lentils don't seem like the most exotic ingredient to cook with, as they don't scream flavor until you add some spices. You call it patties or cakes but these are easy to make, protein rich and have a spicy flavor that will definetly make you happy when you take a first bite of it.  I love veggie cakes and frequently experimenting with new flavors, textures and colors. Some recipes are better, but all of them are delicious. My banana blossom cake and falafel are my favorite.

These spicy red lenthil cakes are perfect for satisfying your spicy food cravings. If you are spicy food lovers, then these red lenthil cakes will be your favorite too. Red lentil  cakes can be your perfect dinner with some salads and dip. You can fix them up like a burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup and alfalfa sprouts on a bun or pita bread.
