Ingredients:
500 grams paneer ( cottage cheese), cut into cubes
2 yellow/ red bell peppers, cut into cubes
2 onions, cut into cubes
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided

Directions:
Coat paneer with barbeque sauce, and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Take out a non stick pan add olive oil and drop paneer into the pan and let it shallow fry for a minute on each sides.
In a pan , add olive oil and saute bell pepper and onion cubes for a minute . Season with salt.
On a skewer, arrange paneer with sauted bell pepper and onion. Repeat the remaining ingredients.
Note: To get more smoky flavor, you can burn each skewer in gas stove , the easiest way or grill it on a barbeque grill.
