Apple Pancakes

The pancakes are always nutritious and moist and this delicious recipe is perfect for breakfast. Start your day with these easy pancakes with  fresh apple.

This apple pancakes are perfect for those are in rush, pancakes and fruits loaded with fresh cream and honey or maple syrup will definetly fill your tummy with lots of taste. I don't use sugar, butter or raising agents  in pancakes mixture for healthy purpose, but you can add all these if you want to make more rich. This recipe can be your kid's healthy tiffin.




Ingredients:

2 Apples, thinly sliced

1 cup plain flour

2 eggs

1 cup milk

Pinch of salt

Vegetable oil for fry

Method:

In a bowl, combine   flour , eggs and milk and salt and whisk until you get smooth batter.

Heat nonstick skillet over  medium heat, brush lightly with vegetable oil. For each pancake pour  1 big laddle onto skillet, now place slices of apple on top and cover it for a minute or two until apple slices stick with batter properly. Now turn other side and cook until light golden brown. 



Serve pancakes apple side up with your choice of topping or fresh cream and honey or maple syrup.
