Baked Garlic Chicken

Baked garlic chicken, where garlic actually lends an amazing essence, letting them simmer in their own juices. INGREDIENTS:

7 to 8 pieces chicken ( assorted )

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder

8  cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons clarified butter

Salt  and pepper to taste.


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly grease the baking tray with oil.

Marinate chicken with salt and pepper according to taste and keep aside.

In a small bowl, mix nutmeg powder, chopped garlic and clarified butter.

Place chicken pieces in a baking tray and top with this mixture.

Place into oven and cook until completely cooked through and turned into golden brown.




Serve immediatedly!!
