Winter is fading away in Guwahati, so enjoying seasonal varities. Sesame is used widely in different forms specially in winters. One of our favorite side dish is sesame fritters which is not only easy to make and delicious to eat, it's loaded with many health benefits.
INGREDIENTS :
1 cup sesame seeds, soak in water
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 green chilies
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
METHOD :
Make a paste of sesame seeds, green chilies, and garlic in grinder.
In a skillet over medium heat, pour oil and add one teaspoon of this mixture one by one. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes not more then that.
Remove from heat and serve hot as side dish with steamed rice.
