Fettuccine pasta with mushrooms

Hey folk !! R u ready for this no butter , no cheese but romantically light fork-twist of creamy mushroom fettuccine. Silky smooth pasta coated in just the right amount of feather like light sauce, speckled with garlic mushrooms. Oh yes we did, bring it in.






 We toss our coconut cream with the hot fettuccine. A little bit of water , milk and two tablespoons of tomato sauce are going to help the consistency  get just right. As in , creamy but not gloppy, luscious but not overwhelming. 



I recommend you just grabbing your tongs and tossing it all around again and again and watching with pure delight , as it all comes together. It is hot, steamy and delectable. I swear a perfect light dinner . 





For this elegant and luscious fettuccine all you need is just few ingredients: 

1 pack of fettuccine 
1 can coconut cream
1/2 cup milk
4-5 cloves of garlic , finely chopped
1 cup button mushroom, finely sliced 
2 tablespoons tomato sauce 
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 cups hot water
Salt to taste
1/2 cup parboiled broccoli to serve 


Method of cooking : 

In a skillet, add hot water , chopped garlic, sliced mushrooms and milk, bring to boil for sometime then add fettuccine noodles. 

Cook for sometime until noodles becomes softened. Now add tomato sauce , salt and coconut cream. Stir it continuously until you get luscious creamy texture . Sprinkle red chili flakes and combine it well. Remove from heat , add parboiled broccoli to add greens in your diet or garnish with your choice of herbs.
