Baked Banana

If you have bananas in your pantry and don’t want to make banana bread or banana smoothie again ,  than you can bake bananas which takes hardly any time.  This baked version of banana can be enjoyed as a healthy snack , even at breakfast or it can be a perfect dessert for kids and adults.  When you bake bananas, the natural sweetness turns into golden warm , sweet and gooey . Baked bananas tastes delicious on their own or you can dress them up with different toppings of your choice . You  can bake with skin also , that will be easier for kids to scoop it out the soft flesh and it looks pretty too. I prefer to bake without skin and  cut into half lengthways. It takes 10-15 minutes to bake bananas depends on how ripe bananas are and how soft you want .

I can eat this versatile baked banana combo in my breakfast, it’s great on its own , over oats porridge,  on toast , with yogurt or with ice cream as dessert. This is a best food for babies too . You can make easily this dessert with just few ingredients if you are looking for a warm fruit dessert that everyone will enjoy. There are so many different ways to serve them to have them in a different way every time. Usually I serve them with salted caramel sauce , sometime with chocolate sauce , than with honey or maple syrup , with fresh cream and coconut flakes and if I’m running out of no time than simply serve with a scoop of ice cream. This is such a simple recipe, there are ample ways to mix things.

You just need to bake it , the hard part is to decide what to eat with them.
