Chicken Irani

Recently , I read an article about Iranian cuisines that has been round for many years. Heard that Iranians  can come up with  their own version of any cuisine. They re-invented many cuisines which I I do most with every recipe. Today I’m gonna share a delectable Iranian chicken recipe with a little extra effort that drives the magic of this ever so delicious curry which I’m pretty sure that will leave a ever lasting effect on your taste buds.  Because of Iranian twist  you cannot compare it to the Indian chicken curry which is very distinct in taste .







This Iranian chicken curry reveals in its taste the richness of egg and milk mixture and the extremism of the rest of the spices. Try this magnificent recipe , plate the beauty and go ahead towards your food inhibited happiness.



Ingredients: 

500 grams chicken
2 onions , paste 
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 
2 tomatoes, boil remove skin n seeds , finely chopped 
2 bay leaves 
3-4 pieces cinnamon sticks 
2 eggs 
1 cup milk
1 bunch coriander, chopped 
3-4 dry red chilies 
Oil for cooking 
1 tablespoon butter 
Salt to taste 
1/2 teaspoon sugar 

Method :

First clean chicken n cut into big pieces . Keep aside .

Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Now add bay leaves and dry red chilies . Stir it . Add chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, onion paste , chopped coriander, salt and sugar . Cook for 4-5 minutes . Now add chicken pieces . Give it a nice stir . Cover and cook on low flame for about 15-20 minutes. 

Remove cover n stir it continuously. Add 1 cup of water . Cover it again and cook until chicken is cooked properly . When it is about to cook add eggs and mix it properly with chicken . Cook for another 5 minutes  Pour a cup of milk , stir it well . Remove from gas and add butter and chopped coriander again . Mix it well and serve.
