Sprouts and veggies breakfast Bar

This healthy baked recipe is genuinely delicious, I like my food quick and nutritious, but it has to taste good too. If it didn’t make the grade , it didn’t make this breakfast list. 




So, without further ado, welcome to my instant veggie and something different breakfast idea today. The breakfast range from 3 to 25 minutes depending on how long you have got to spare , and I swear this is easy enough that they won’t tax you first thing in the morning . 




When I saw sprouts early morning in my pantry , thought of give it a new look today and bring it to breakfast table without any delay. 






Wake up to this tasty, protein packed breakfast to fuel you through the morning. 

Ingredients: 

11/2 cups green gram sprouts 
1/2 cup carrot, chopped 
1/2 cup green bell pepper ( capsicum)
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese 
2 tablespoons cheese spread
1 tablespoon tomato sauce 
1 teaspoon red chili flakes 
1 teaspoon oregano 
3-4 tablespoons roasted semolina 
Few pickled onions for garnishing 
Salt to taste .

Method : 

Preheat oven at 175 degree C. 

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and transfer to the greased baking dish. Sprinkle 1 or 2 tablespoons  roasted semolina on top for extra crunchy texture . Cut into square or diamond shape and place pickled onion on top of each squares . Now place in preheated oven and bake it at 175 degree for 30-35 minutes .

 First 20 minutes cover the baking dish with silver foil or parchment paper and bake , after that remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes. 

Let it cool and serve it with your choice of dip/ sauce or chutney .
