Irish Soda Bread ( No yeast )

If you are looking for a No Yeast Bread...Irish Soda Bread is the best yeast free bread . Here is my Irish soda bread with blue pea butterfly flower.

It's a little twist to traditional Irish Soda Bread. A fantastically easy and quick bread is typically made with just basic  ingredients : flour, baking soda, salt and buttermilk  and is ready from scratch in literally less than an hour. Other ingredients are often added to enhance the taste of the bread, such as butter, eggs, sugar, raisins and citrus. Irish Soda Bread is full of warmth and flavor which is perfect for any day though it is specially made in Saint Patrick Day's. The bread is shaped into a loaf, then scored with an X pattern and baked until golden brown. It’s a yeast free but still has a proper crumb just like a yeast one. Slather with butter or cheese or dunk into soups .
