Please note that it is always important to use fresh spinach in this recipe rather than frozen spinach , as you are likely to get different results using frozen one. You can easily store this loaf wrapped in paper for three days.
Note: Do not over stir the batter else your bread might be little dense.

Following ingredients for making spinach soda loaf is available in any grocery shop.
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/2 cup fresh spinach purée
1 cup yogurt / buttermilk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
Method :
In a large bowl , add all the dry ingredients, now combine with wet mixtures like spinach purée , yogurt and oil , stir it until the dry ingredients are no longer visible. The batter will be not that thick .
Place this dough into a greased loaf pan, smooth out the top with a help of spatula and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top of it .
Place in preheated oven , and bake it for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree C or bake it till the outer crust turn into brown colour .
Remove from oven and set aside for 10 minutes then lift out the of the pan with the paper and place it on rack .
Serve it with your choice of toppings .
