Pears, one of autumn’s many bounties are endless in their uses . A quick and easy dessert , this pear pudding is a lovely way to enjoy pears !!
One bowl and nor mixer neither oven required for this recipe. It’s a fantastic way to celebrate any occasion for vegetarians because it’s an egg free recipe.
It’s filled with lots of poached pears and fresh cream , topped with sliced pears immersed in blue pea flower syrup which gives an exotic look of this pudding .

For making poached pears , all you need :
4 Big size pears , peel the skin and cut into halves .
15-20 dried blue pea butterfly flowers
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
For pudding you need :
1 big packet of digestive biscuits
1 1/2 cup fresh cream
1 cup condensed milk / evaporated milk
Method of making recipe of poached pears pudding :
First bring a pan with 2 cups of water , 1/2 cup of sugar and blue pea butterfly flowers on medium flame. Add pears halves into it and cook in low flame until pears are cooked properly .
Once cooked , remove from the pan and strain the blue pea water.
Once cooled down , gently make a thin slice of pears and keep aside.
Now start with pudding :
Mix fresh cream and condensed milk together in a bowl and keep aside.
Bring a dish , now place a layer of biscuits , then add a layer of cream mixture. Add pears slices on top of cream .
Repeat it again with a biscuit layer , then cream mixture and pears slices on top.
Now keep in refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
