5-6 slices of bread, toasted
1/2 cup cream cheese
5-6 golden apricots
3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
3-4 tablespoons honey
Method of making the recipe of cream cheese and apricot toasts
Preheat oven at 180 degree C. Arrange the bread slices on a baking tray and bake until toasted, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool.
In a small bowl, season cheese with salt and pepper.
Place toasted bread on a serving tray, spread cream cheese mixture on the toasted bread, top with apricot, garnish with chopped walnuts and drizzle some organic honey on top of it. Enjoy !!
