Ingredients :
1 cup walnuts soak in water for 2 hours
1/2 bunch coriander
Few mint leaves
2-3 garlic cloves
2 -3 green chillies
1 small onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Small piece of ginger
Salt to taste
Method :
First soak walnuts in water for at least two hours .
Now remove walnuts from water and put in grinder with coriander , mint leaves , garlic , ginger , chopped onion , green chilies and salt .
Grind it all together till you get silk smooth texture .
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add lemon juice Mix it well and serve it .
