Food....connects to heart through stomach, cooking is an exquisite art of preparation for reasons of Palatability, texture, or flavour of food. Aesthetically pleasing and eye-appealing food presentations can encourage people to consume foods. A common saying is that people "eat with their eyes".

How and why I started to Cook: The idea of cooking my own dishes and not get driven away by recipes is what made me believe that food is to be made keeping your instincts in mind, spices will find there taste when you know what you want out of them, so started my tryst with cooking.. As a child I would look up to my mom and thinks why can't this made that way or this way ... Would cook different dishes but no one except my little sister .. Ever tried it ... They all said WHAT IS THIS !!!!! So So I never got motivated to write something special or cook a dish with my instincts and hence the food never displayed the colour that I wanted or the texture I dreamt of ... It was when I got married to a real foodie who would gulp on to anything that I cooked but hardly praised it ... I started feeling that he just likes to eat whatever comes his way ... But slowly and slowly he a started demanding different dishes and that is what made me realise he likes the food and he wants me to try different things and hence I started cooking from my heart and the same was clearly viable in the texture of the food it was like a dream come true ....cooking is not my profession but it becomes my passion, so I started cooking with a twist and spending most of my time in kitchen when I’m free from my job... The grocery shopping always took a long time and I could see the look on my husband why do we need all this can't we do with little less ... But the little chef inside me kept saying you can buy that as well ... And it went on ... Will end this here .. To be contd...
